CROTTENDORF, GERMANY, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- PELI has expanded its European protective case production capacity with the installation and commissioning of a new state-of-the-art rotomoulding machine at its manufacturing facility in Crottendorf, Germany. The investment reinforces PELI's continued commitment to strengthening its manufacturing capabilities in Europe, enabling faster response times, greater production flexibility and enhanced support for customers across the region. The Crottendorf facility manufactures protective cases for customers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI), reinforcing its position as the leading European manufacturer of plastic made protective cases.

The new machine represents one of the most significant investments made at the Crottendorf facility to date. Combined with the site's injection moulding capacity, expanded assembly operations and enhanced product customisation capabilities, it further strengthens PELI's ability to meet growing customer demand while improving production flexibility, operational efficiency and supply continuity.

"This latest investment reflects our commitment to continuously expanding our manufacturing capability in Europe, enabling us to respond more quickly to customer demand while maintaining the exceptional quality and reliability our customers expect from PELI. It also reinforces our ability to support customers across commercial, industrial and defence sectors, including our long-standing relationship as a preferential supplier to NATO," said Stephan Corti, Chief Commercial Officer at PELI.

The investment builds on the ongoing transformation of the Crottendorf manufacturing facility, which has expanded protective case production capacity through enhanced rotomoulding and injection moulding capabilities. The site also benefits from 40% more assembly and production space, an 80% increase in the workforce, enhanced product customisation capabilities, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified operations, further strengthening PELI's European manufacturing footprint.

"Crottendorf has become a strategic manufacturing hub for PELI in Europe," said Nina Borisova, Site Director. "Our continued investment in people, facilities and manufacturing capabilities enables us to support our customers' evolving requirements while reinforcing our long-term manufacturing presence in Europe. Today, the site serves as a key production hub supplying customers throughout the EMEAI region."
